Supervisor Training

What is Supervisor Training (also known as Reasonable Suspicion Training)?

Supervisor Training (also known as Reasonable Cause Training or Reasonable Suspicion Training) is a 2-hour in-person seminar or interactive online learning experience for supervisors and employees in safety-sensitive industries who need to understand how to identify the signs and symptoms of drug and alcohol abuse. By learning how to identify behaviors or physical signs that may indicate impairment due to substance abuse helps ensure workplaces stay healthy and safe. Each training sessions provides supervisors with the skills and knowledge to help make informed decisions and take appropriate actions when they suspect an employee may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
