DriverCheck hires new Marketing and Revenue Operations Executives as part of its mission to build a healthier and safer world through Canadian employers

Ayr, Ont., March 29, 2022 – DriverCheck, the leading provider of workplace medical testing and assessments, announces today it has hired Susan Floyd as its Director of Marketing and Will Lumb as Director of Revenue Operations. The new positions reflect the growth and momentum the company is experiencing, especially in light of COVID-19, as part of its purpose to build a healthier and safer world through Canadian employers.

“Although the early days of the pandemic were not easy on our business, DriverCheck quickly evolved and has since then experienced strong growth," said Connor Page, Vice President of Strategy at DriverCheck. "As we evaluate our plans for the future, we are excited to be able to count on Sue and Will to help us achieve sustainable growth and optimize processes and operations so we can continue on our path to build a healthier and safer world through our customers.”

Sue Floyd is a senior marketing and communications leader with a passion for brand transformation, community building and diversity and inclusion with more than 20 years of experience in both business-to-business and business-to-customer roles across the financial services, entertainment, and retail sectors. She is a past judge of the Canadian Marketing Association (CMA) Awards, PR Chair of Women in Capital Markets, member of the CMA Brand Strategy Council and holds an MBA from the University of Edinburgh. As Director of Marketing, Floyd will lead the national marketing strategy, strategic brand partnerships and contribute to new product development.

"Sue has been consulting with us over the past six months and, in that time, has built an extremely strong bond with our team," said Page. "She has introduced a new level of strategic thinking that led the effective promotion of COVIDdetect, our COVID-19 at-home testing and surveillance software platform. We have full confidence that her keen focus on data-driven marketing and forging meaningful connections between brands and customers will elevate our marketing strategies and activities across all departments and business areas to new heights, nationally.”

Will Lumb has more than 15 years of experience leading revenue operations where he applies an analytical and process-oriented approach to driving revenue growth. In addition to an MBA, he has earned a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Customer Experience Professional. In 2020, while working with Firma, Lumb propelled the organization to new records in annual revenues despite global economic and supply chain challenges. As a result, Lumb was awarded the President’s Award for Exceptional Performance. Lumb has also earned recognition for his performance and leadership while working at CIBC and Reliance Home Comfort. Lumb has managed teams with minimal turnover, high employee satisfaction scores and an immense amount of recognition and upward movement for those on his teams. In his new role as director of revenue operations, Lumb is ready to build on the DriverCheck’s winning culture by focusing on sustainable revenue growth and iconic customer service.

"Will's energy, deep experience and critical thinking are impressive," said Page. "Getting to know Will, I’ve seen first-hand how his strong experience in customer relationship management, team building and laser vision in revenue building will contribute to helping us ensure our growth is scalable and sustainable."
