The use of any substances including alcohol, recreational or medical cannabis, prescription drugs, or illegal drugs can negatively affect work performance.

This course offers clear guidelines and resources to help supervisors recognize signs of substance abuse, understand the criteria for reasonable cause or suspicion, and navigate the testing processes.
