Dr. Anthony Singhal is Professor and Chair of the Department of Psychology in the Faculty of Science, and the Faculty of Arts at the University of Alberta. He is also a member of the Neuroscience and Mental Health Institute in the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, and is an Integrative Health Network Scholar. Dr. Singhal is a cognitive neuroscientist with expertise in neuroimaging methods such as functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), and electroencephalography (EEG). He does interdisciplinary research with psychiatric populations, driving and human performance, as well as basic research into the neural bases of attention, memory, emotion, and visual-motor control across the lifespan.
