What are MRO Review Services?

Medical Review Officer (MRO) services involve the independent, expert review of drug and alcohol test results by a licensed physician with specialized training in forensic toxicology, drug and alcohol testing, and regulatory compliance. The MRO evaluates laboratory-confirmed positive, adulterated, substituted, invalid, or rejected test results to determine whether there is a legitimate medical explanation before verifying the final outcome.
