Supporting Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month and Honouring the Legacy of Connor Page

Pancreatic Cancer Awareness

November is Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month. It is a time to support the many families affected by this disease and to shine a light on the need for earlier detection and better access to promising treatment options.

At DriverCheck, this month carries deep meaning. One year ago, we lost our friend and colleague, Connor Page, our former Vice President of Strategy. Connor approached his diagnosis with remarkable strength and optimism. He focused on what mattered most, including time with his wife, Jen and their sons, Finnigan and Carter. He also dedicated much of his cancer journey to helping others.

Connor understood firsthand the importance of clinical trials. His participation in a trial gave him precious added time with his family, and he wanted other patients to have similar opportunities. Before he passed, Connor began shaping an idea to support families navigating the complex clinical trial process.

In partnership with Pancreatic Cancer Canada, the Connor Page Fund for Improved Access to Clinical Trials has been created to advance that vision. The fund will help develop tools and guidance that make it easier for patients to understand and pursue clinical trial options. This work reflects Connor’s generosity, his forward thinking, and his hope for better outcomes for others facing the same challenge.

During Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month, we remember Connor’s leadership and the way he inspired those around him to stay strong and stay present. We are proud to continue supporting the mission he cared so deeply about.
